User Friendly
I have been using the same brand of equipment for our video conferencing for years because of how easy it is to work the equipment. I am not so technically inclined and the Tandberg equipment is really easy to work with. They have designed all of their equipment to basically work the same way. If I have another need for more of their products I know that I will be easily up and running in no time because I have already mastered the components of the conferencing equipment that we have in our offices. Being user friendly is incredibly important to me.
