Working Out For Many Years
I am a 43-year-old woman who has been working out for many years. I was motivated to do so once I started putting on that extra weight that often comes with aging. As I’ve learned, muscle gain truth is that there is no quick and simple way to build muscle that’s healthy. Muscle gain takes time, consistency and patience. One must start with a series of basic exercises with little resistance before they can build up in reps and weight. It is also very important to take a few days off each week to let the muscles rebuild themselves and recover, especially as the workouts become more intense.
