Paddle Technique for the Air Hockey Game Table

The game of air hockey is very competitive and naturally creates it’s own debate about whether accessories, namely the paddle (goalkeeper) is responsible for winning or losing the game. Some would claim that the sort of paddle matters less than how it is utilized. They say it’s all about technique. Yet, there are numerous styles of how one should hold an air hockey goalkeeper. When using high-tops, it is not recommended to hold it using all of your fingers. This slows down moving the paddle in a game where fast reflexes make a winner. However, with enough practice on your air hockey game table, you’ll find the most comfortable way to hold the goalkeeper.  As they say, practice makes perfect!
