A fine choice in Whey protein is the USN 100% powder
Over the last few months I have really been knocking it out down the gym and I must say the results have been marvelous. I take a post work out milk shake, well protein shake called USN 100% Whey which I find really helps out with the aching the next day. I try to have at least three lots of protein per day and spread it out evenly as to ensure I am absorbing as much protein as possible. I think the next step for me is to start upping the cardio work as this should help me shift the last stubborn fat reserves! That and keep taking my usn 100% whey.
