Before the merger, I remember one of the consultants very clearly. She was scary as she made us do the manpower capacity planning of all the positions in the company. She sure was strict as she saw the nitty gritty details. She knows when you made a mistake and where it seems to have a miscalculation. She is like one of the consultants in Baan ERP. What they do like what the consultant did to us was document each process ever made and fished out all the best practices over the years and then have them documented.
