Wine is fun! But you must have the correct basic wine knowledge so that you are able to pair wine and food perfectly. Not every type of wine goes well with every type of food. The first principle that you must keep in mind is that go for the wine that smells good. One that smells bad would not add any taste to your food. The next thing that you must look for is the color.
