Can Real Estate Short Sales Get Me Out of My Mortgage?
Some people don’t want to keep their home and think that perhaps real estate short sales can get them out of the deal with the bank without having to pay interests or penalties.
Real estate short sale is not a way for debtors to get out of debt. The bank will not allow a short sale to go through if they feel like you have other choices.
If you have a good job, no medical bills, or have no financial burdens that you cannot afford, then it is unlikely that the bank will let you off the mortgage deal easily and the short sale will fail.
