How To Determine Which Routine Is Best For You?

There are plenty of free weightlifting routines available for any weight lifter to obtain.  And there are plenty of routines that have been proven successful over and over again.  But how does a weight lifter if a specific routine is good for them?  Are all routines that provide successful results be good for you?  The answer is simple, no.  Just because a routine is proven, doesn’t mean it will give you the results you desire.  You need to find a routine that does target your goals.  Routines can only attack one goal and if they match yours, then use them.
