Green tea

My new favorite drink is green tea, particularly Bojenmi tea. I drink it about two to three times a day, and replaced my coffee consumption with green tea. My husband also drinks it now, and loves the taste. He likes the fact that he can drink it as part of his low-carb, low-fat diet. I even encourage my children to drink it because it contains very little caffeine if any. It doesn’t make them jittery or excited and it’s a great substitute to them drinking sodas. They think it’s wonderful and they feel grown up for being able to drink tea. Little do they know how good it is for them too.
