Dieting and Starvation
While looking at gorgeous and sexy looking female celebrities on screen with nerve-wrecking figures, one thinks of giving a slim shape to one’s own body by reducing weight. Then such actresses keep changing their weights in days which again make people believe that reducing weight is absolutely no problem. Most suitable and easy way available to all is dieting. dieting is normally taken as nothing to eat for day and days which may lead to starvation, some times proving enormously fatal. Starvation affects metabolism and in fact snatches power of defeating the increasing fats in body. So it is mandatory to maintain minimum level of calories to avoid starvation line which although differs from body to body but normally is 1200 calories per day.
