Dunking the 360 Way

Learning How To Dunk the 360 way takes a little more practice than the straight out dunk. The instructions are as follows to do this spinning dunk.

Make sure no one is on front of you and approach at speed to the basket. Make a stopping jump with both feet at the 6 to 8 foot mark from the basket. Angle your toes, hold the ball in both hands and toss shoulders in direction of spin. While spinning, keep eyes on rim and bring ball around. Extend towards the basket. And dunk the ball.

This is how easy it is to learn how to do this.

Galapagos Island Dive

The best SCUBA dive destinations of all is the Galapagos Islands. My boyfriend and I went there last year. We were both novice divers and the training lasted two hours, but when we finally got in we had the time of our lives. We had an underwater camera and took tons of pictures. The shots we got were amazing and we have sold several of the photos. We are currently saving up to go back again next year and my parents want to go with us next time. They are in their sixties, but you have not lived until you have gone diving in the Galapagos Islands.

Working Out For Many Years

I am a 43-year-old woman who has been working out for many years. I was motivated to do so once I started putting on that extra weight that often comes with aging. As I’ve learned, muscle gain truth is that there is no quick and simple way to build muscle that’s healthy. Muscle gain takes time, consistency and patience. One must start with a series of basic exercises with little resistance before they can build up in reps and weight. It is also very important to take a few days off each week to let the muscles rebuild themselves and recover, especially as the workouts become more intense.

Soccer Goalkeeper Equipment

There is a significant difference in the way today’s soccer players dress for their game. In earlier times, you would see players with thick cotton shirts, long length pants, leather boots and not much of styles to go with. But today’s attire is more of a fashion statement. Right from the jerseys to the Soccer Goalie Equipment and even wristbands and head bands, players personify style. Soft synthetic fibers are used so that the players are more comfortable on the ground. The goalie is well protected with good quality gears and uniforms. There is absolutely no concerns or worries about the players being badly bruised while slipping or sliding, unless if they break their neck!

Club Car Parts to Make Your Cart Street Legal

More and more towns and cities are addressing the fact that golf carts make excellent, energy efficient, and low-polluting vehicles for driving around town for local errands and trips. They are legalizing the use of golf carts on lower-speed city streets, and there isn’t much that you’ll need in the way of Club Car parts to make your cart street legal. Almost all municipalities agree that the minimum requirements are: seat belts, turn and brake signals, and rear view mirrors. A few have also required a slow moving vehicle sign on the back (that bright yellow and orange triangle you’ve probably seen on farm tractors) or a flashing light.

How I helped my brother-in-law and his team

This coming weekend I’m going to attend my brother-in-law’s flag football game. I’m kind of excited to see what happens because I actually helped him and his teammates come up with some pretty good flag football plays. I played college football at the University of South Carolina for four years. At one point I thought I would go pro; however in my senior year I blew out my right knee and it was never the same after that injury. The other nice thing about going to my brother-in-law’s house is he is going to have a huge barbecue after the game.

A Different Jumping Pattern

When you do not want to do a jumping exercise that requires a lot of equipment or space, then this exercise is perfect for your vertical jump training. It is called a square jump. In a square jump you stand straight up. Slightly bend your knees and jump forward. Then, jump to the side, back and to the opposite side. You should end up where you started. You are basically jumping in a square pattern. Continue doing this for a little while longer. Then, quickly switch directions and go counter-clockwise. When you do this make sure that you move as quickly as you can to gain the most satisfying results you can.

Proud Dog Owner

Let us face it, if we could all be like Cesar Milan then we would not have a single dog problem on this earth. I can not though for the life of me make time to walk my dogs every single day. Sure, there are days when I can go for an hour, but most of the time, if I can go at all, it is for about 10 to 15 minutes. That is why I did take a little Dog Whisperer advice and buy a dog treadmill. So when I know that I will not have the time, I put the dog on the treadmill for exercise.

Petition for Jordan release dates

Is there a way to petition Nike and Jordan Brand to release the Nike Air Retro Jordans in an all white color scheme?  I am a custom shoe designer and I would be in heaven if there authentic Air Jordans that I could customize.  But first, in order to be able to customize these Air Jordans you have to have a blank canvas.  I have had limited success customizing Air Jordans that already have colored leather, so to have all white shoes to work with would be a dream come true.  If anyone knows how to convince them to bring back all the Jordan release dates, that would be awesome.

Randy Couture’s MMA Workout

Randy Couture’s barbell complex is probably the most popular MMA workout you can find online. Unfortunately, it gives you the wrong idea of what it takes to be an MMA fighter. First of all, the complex will not develop your strength or power at all. That’s because you’re only using light weights and you’re working in a circuit. What you will develop is some anaerobic endurance and grip strength, that’s about it. It might be good to do this at the end of a workout or as a warmup, but it shouldn’t be your main method of developing MMA fitness. Instead, you need an MMA workout that has distinct phases that improves your strength, power, endurance, and then peaks you for your fight. This requires a complete workout plan designed specifically for MMA fighters by someone who trains fighters. So when you’re looking for an MMA workout program to follow, make sure that the creator has actually trained fighters, that way you’ll know it’s legit and will give you what you want – explosive power and never-ending cardio.
