This is why international relations courses at the university level are so important and it is crucial that we don’t see any funding cuts in these areas. You have to educate yourself and do your homework on a country in order to conduct proper diplomacy with a country. It is important to know the key leaders in a country such as who the foreign minister of the country is, or in the case of Brazil who the minister of external relations is.
Last night my son and I went out to a movie for the first time in many weeks. He had just completed his finals and is going to be graduating high school here in the middle of the month. I’m very proud of him for accomplishing this feat. After the movie I told him I was taking him down to one of the larger shoe stores and buy whatever he wanted. On the way there he told me that he wanted a new pair of shoes. He said that specifically he wanted a pair of air yeezys. He has wanted a pair of shoes for the past month.
I hate to come across as uninformed, so I tend to try to keep up with what is going on in the world so at least I have an idea of what I am talking about. Recently I realized that I hadn’t actually been paying attention to the discussions that have been going on about taxation, so I am hoping that someone can tell me where I can find out more about the Fair Tax and withholding taxes so I can see what all the fuss is all about, and which side of the debate I would be most willing to support.
I have lied in Coral Springs, Florida for a few months now and have started thinking about the need to get prepared for the upcoming hurricane season. I never dreamed I would live in a place that was in danger like this, but here I am. I have come across a few hurricane forums that are filled with practical and useful advice. Some of the tips I have read about are amazing. People that have been through a number of hurricanes over the years are willing to freely share their knowledge and experience. Movies
I have to be honest with you, I just can’t get enough movies. I watch close to three movies a night. I can get through two, but I will usually fall asleep halfway through the third one. I even had my TV moved into the bedroom so I could fall asleep in my bed instead of on the couch. With sites like Ares, I can even watch movies on my computer, which works great when I am out on the road. I just can’t get enough of it! I know that there are a lot of new ones coming out this year, so I will need to restock my supply.
I was browsing through one of my favorite blog sites called Film Star Watch the other day and happened upon a question that really got me thinking. The question was in regards to how Filipino actors tend to have catchy screen names. The question was if I were a film star what would my screen name be? I thought about it awhile and this is what I came up with: Carmella Marshall. The reason for this is that my favorite dessert is chocolate ice cream topped with mini marshmallows and caramel syrup. Another question would be what kind of movies would Carmella Marshall make? I think a comedy would suit her just fine.
