What my boss had to say to me.
The other day I was in my office when my boss,Richard, came into my office asking to talk with me. My boss is not only my boss, but friend and mentor. He said the reason that he wanted to talk with me was about my future with the firm. This statement initially worried me until he assured me that he only wanted to give me some advice. He said I could go along way with this company and that I should invest some time in some career management planning. He said with the right planning and training that the sky would be my limit.
