Telecommunication or the system of fast and secure exchange of ideas is an essential feature of the modern business organization. For this the organizations depend on business phone systems .A business phone system is a multi line telephone exchange usually seen relatively small business organizations. A business phone system typically works effectively in small office environments. There are three principal architectures for setting up phone systems. Electromechanical controlled systems is the oldest method of setting up phone systems. The second most common method now extant is that of electronic control. Finally the modern system of setting up phone systems centres around the technology of independent key sets.
