I recently moved from the city to a ranch out in the country. For the most part, I really enjoy it. The air smells of trees and alfalfa instead of factory smoke, and I have all the space I could ever dream of. At night, I can hear the crickets and see the stars. After the constant rush of city life, it is a welcome change of pace. However, there is one thing that I hate. The cell signal here is horrible, and I rarely have service. But the other day, my neighbor told me that he gets a much better signal by using a cell booster. From everything he said, it sounds like it works great. I am going to buy one the first chance I get.
This past year has seen some very good video games as of late, some very good games indeed. The iPhone 3GS has some pretty stellar graphics for just being a smart phone and all, check out the comparison of the game Iron Fist Boxing 3 above. The iPhone supports OpenGL ES 1.1 while the iPhone 3GS supports 2.0 and has quite a bit more processing power. The NIntendo DS makes for a very good video game console when it is played on the go but there are still some gripes that I have with it. One of the main things that I don’t like about it was the fact that the DS does not have a client like iTunes for the iPhone and the iPod Touch. With the r4i kernel you can do a lot of different things on the Nintendo DS. It would be nice if one of those things was the ability to play games that are downloaded from something like an app store.

I heard on the radio that Americans have been using foreign exchange to evade taxes. They put their money in foreign banks so the money won’t be taxed. One main bank that deals with foreign exchange and money transfer is giving up names of customers that have foreign accounts. As an honest tax payer it peeves me that rich people are getting away with not paying taxes. It is amazing what living in a free country can do to people. Taxes are not may favorite thing in the world. I can except them though because of the freedoms I am entitled. When my freedoms get taken away the taxes I pay will stop.
A Ruby Tuesday restaurant that has been around for a number of years now, is still a great place to eat. The tradition of good food and good service has not been compromised with the passing of time. I used to hate having insomnia. I tried everything my doctors suggested for insomnia help, but nothing helped. Eventually I decided that since I couldn’t defeat insomnia, I was going to use it to my advantage! I started staying up until I felt tired, just so that I had an idea of my body’s sleep schedule. Once I got that figured out (I can stay up till 3am with no crankiness the next day), I started looking for jobs that would allow me to work that late or nearly that late. Apparently, working that late also has an increased salary. Now I work 2 jobs, have double the money, and I’m feeling great!
